Order Processing time: 1-2 days.

Delivery timelines : 5-7 working days

Next day Delivery services is £13 for UK customers, orders must be placed before 1pm and can often take 1-3 working days. Weekends are not included.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. In an unforseen circumstance we will contact the customer regarding the case.

Update to Shipping 25 March 2025 

Delivery prices have now increased due to an increase of lost parcels from Evri. All Shipping is now protected. 

In the case of where a parcel has been lost during transit, a refund may be issued only after the Evri insurance claim has been completed. This can take up to 28 days.
